( VIDEO Tutorial) : Scrapbooking on Canvas using 2craftychipboard & Prima Marketing

Hi friends,

Have you seen the moodboard at More than Words this month?
It was instant inspiration for me & this what I created
using 2craftychipboard goodies & Prima Marketing medium and flowers.

My first thoughts on Delicate : Baby's touch, tissue, flowers
Fabrics: Lace, tissue

Isnt this dreamcatcher chipboard from 2craftychipboard adorable?
Goes so well with the pretty Prima flowers and bird cages from the Rosibelle Prima pattern papers.
Here is the step by step video. I hope you enjoy the video.

(VIDEO Tutorial) : DIY Unicorn Wall Decor Canvas

Have you played alongwith Words and Paintery Challenge this month?

The colour combination this month is my all time favourite - teal, pink and green
and this inspiration quote
ART is a never ending dance of illusions.

So, I just couldn't resist trying my hand at painting a unicorn. I think this would make a good wall art in a little girls room :)

The base is a 12 X 16 inches canvas. The paints used are the gorgeous and shiny Colourarte Vivid Ultra Metallics and Acrylics Silks. Most of the flowers and supplies are from a local store by name Itsy Bitsy.

I hope you enjoy the video tutorial and will take a minute to leave me a comment either here or on my video.

You have until 15th March 2017 to submit your entry for the current challenge at Words and Paintery.

Washi Tape Home Decor

Have you checked out the latest challenge at Lulupu - its a super fun and easy one - use at least 3 different washi tapes plus a shape/ readymade embellishment. Easy peasy isn't it.

Washi is my go to item to keep my toddler boy occupied whenever he starts 'why can't I use your stamps and embossing powders and sugar dots' So, top of my mind were the little washi makeovers around the house and I decided to give a plain white photo collage a new leash of life with washi tapes and the fab Heidi Swapp Dreamy collection.

I can't seem to get enough of the soft beautiful pastel shades in this collection. The ephemera pack is fantastic too - so many pretty shapes in vellum and clear acetate, plus the Prima sugar dots match this collection so well! Now all I have to do is print some pictures and find a place to hang it :)

One of the titles and labels have been cut using my silhouette cameo. So joining the 'tell me dies, tell me sweet little dies' at Paper Issues
