Punky scraps challenge this month calls for using neon colours. I thought and thought for weeks as I didn't have any neon stamp pads or paper. At last I had an idea - highlighters! So I created my own PP and stamping using the humble highlighter and some pearl embossing powder :))
For a change I haven't used any paints to create the background and also this is an A4 layout, again something I haven't tried before.

I loved the JUGAAD Kripa !! Very clever idea of using highlighters for neon colors , the page looks bright n happy !
